Tips:

1. Assistance is the most effective way to protect House Members by reinforcing and helping them defend against enemies.

2. Embassy Level determines the max amount of reinforcements your city can accommodate, the higher the Embassy Level, the larger the capacity, you cannot accept reinforcements if there is no Embassy constructed.
